Terms of service

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and MB CE Europa, established in Lithuania, European Union (“we”, “us”), and govern your use of the Remote Conversation Navigator (“the Navigator”). By activating a licence key or using the app you accept them. The Navigator is sold and operated under the “Ironwell & Co” brand; MB CE Europa is the registered legal entity behind that brand and your counterparty under these terms. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

2. Licence grant

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the edition(s) you bought, for your own conversations, on up to three devices at a time. You may release a device slot from the activation page and use another device instead.

3. Keys are bound to your email

The first time a key is activated it is permanently registered to the email address used at activation. Activation from a different address will be refused. Sharing, publishing, reselling, sub-licensing or transferring a key is prohibited, as is circumventing the device limit or the licence check. We may deactivate a key we reasonably believe is being shared or abused, without refund.

4. Payment

The Navigator is sold as a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Prices are shown at the point of purchase and include applicable taxes where required. Add-on editions and the bundle are separate one-time purchases.

5. Refunds

We offer a full refund if your licence key has never been activated on any device — email us at iron@ironwellco.com with your order details and we will refund you, no questions asked.

Once a key has been activated, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, decided the content was not what you expected, or simply did not like it — activation gives you full access to the material, and by that point you have already received what you paid for. We will only consider a refund after activation if the product is genuinely broken or does not function as technically described (for example, the app fails to load, or the licence/activation system itself does not work) — email us at iron@ironwellco.com with details and we will investigate.

If you are a consumer in the EU: by activating your licence (which gives you immediate access to the content) you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content from that point onward. Before activation, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains fully intact regardless of anything else stated in this policy.

If you are located outside the EU, including in the United States: no statutory withdrawal period applies to digital purchases, so this refund policy is the entirety of your refund rights under this agreement, alongside any separate rights your payment provider or card network may offer.

6. Intellectual property

The Navigator’s content and software — including the routes, the stage structure, the questions and script lines, the branching logic and answer sets, the classifier, the personality read system, the decision maps, the copy and the design — are our copyrighted work. You may use the outputs of your own conversations freely (they are yours). You may not copy, scrape, extract, republish, redistribute, resell, rent, or use our content to build or train a competing product or dataset, and you may not decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it.

7. What this tool is not

The Navigator is a preparation and structuring tool. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, HR or professional advice, and using it does not create any advisory relationship. Its personality read is a heuristic reflection of the answers you record, not a clinical or psychometric assessment. AI-generated briefs and recaps can be wrong or incomplete — review them before relying on them. Decisions about your job, contracts, money or relationships are yours; consult a qualified professional where the stakes warrant it.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the Navigator lawfully, for complying with any recording, consent, confidentiality or employment obligations that apply to your conversations, and for keeping your own backups. Because your data lives in your browser, losing that data (for example by clearing browser storage) is irreversible and we cannot recover it.

9. Availability

The app’s core routes work offline. Licence activation and re-check, and the AI features, require an internet connection and depend on third-party providers. We may change, improve or discontinue features over time; we will not remove the ability to open and read your existing local calls in a purchased edition without offering an export path.

10. Limitation of liability

The Navigator is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or the outcome of any conversation, negotiation, job decision or agreement. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Navigator at any time and sign out on the activation page. We may terminate a licence for a material breach of these terms, in particular key sharing or IP misuse. Your locally stored calls remain on your device.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, with the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
